Let’s treat fat as the problem, not yourself.
Now saying all that ! Here is an alternative to weight loss. For years I have heard about people who eat several different type of food and herbs to help them live longer and healthier. I would like to introduce a new way of reducing fat from your body.
Women really have it bad we suffer from weight from child birth to genetics. There are medicines that make us fat, even some food that is “supposed to be healthy” we still gain weight. I guess a little fat is ok. I guess if we ball were skinny we look like robots. One size one shape and that would not work either. To lose weight for health reasons or personal growth is a good one.
There is a 100 year solution for you.
In our 20’s there is a trigger in your body that hardwire you body to gain weight for the next 30 years.
It makes sense because in 30 years you start to see a little shift. You ever heard anyone say, ” That forty year weight.” 86 to 92% of women over the age of 25 it starts changes slowly.
Well here is a solution they call it a
FLAVOR PAIRING RITUAL
It has caused 160,000 women to lose 1000,000 in 11 months.
Japanese women live to an astonishing average of 87-years-old.
But the Japanese were also named the most “Disease-Resistant” & “Happiest” country as well. These women had uncommonly low rates of dementia, depression, heart attacks and strokes.
So not only were they living longer,
As I’d later find out,
The Japanese had made one simple “alteration” to their eating habits 62 years ago.
And it was this subtle,
Yet profound adjustment that super-charged their immune systems
That actually fought tooth-and-nail against disease and obesity.
